As for the complete seat, we have a full product profile, ranging from simple two-way seats to full-power 18-way seats.
On the structure side, we have a proven modular structure adaptive to different models and platforms that meet different weight objectives.
In terms of mechanisms, our modular slide has the characteristics of lightweight, high performance and strong stability. The recliners are rich in variety and complete in specifications, supporting the modular application of cross-vehicle platform, and can provide customized solutions for both front and rear seats. We can also provide safety latches of different load levels. A variety of unlocking methods and low unlocking torque can realize intuitive and smooth operation experience.
In terms of foaming, we are committed to the research of advanced polyurethane formulation to reduce the volume of various volatile organic compounds in the process of foaming, thus producing more environment-friendly and healthy foaming products.
About innovation, we provide a super-long concealable track with a travel length of 2 meters to support the change of cabin space of new energy and smart vehicles. The electric seat with swivel mechanism provides convenience for passengers when getting on and off and enables more entertainment interaction among them. The active human detection sensor can monitor the feelings and health status of the occupants, and intelligently adjust the cabin environment accordingly. There are also more convenient and swifter rear electric seat platform, customized sports seats which are lighter and unique. All above is to create a better driving experience for our consumers.

Our passive safety system covers a full series of safety belts, airbags for drivers and passengers, side airbags, top airbags and so on. When car crash occurs, the occupants inside can be effectively constrained by the safety belt and protected by the air cushion formed by a large volume of gas in high speed, which can be a buffer to impact and working as passive safety protection.
We have the R&D and manufacturing capability of a full set of airbags. The gas generator, designed by the philosophy of miniaturization, lightweight, and integrated with a shock absorber, can effectively simplify the manufacturing process and realize manufacturers' requirements on weight and noise reduction. We also provide diversified safety belt design. Our notch-bar pre-tightening belts have the characteristics of short response time, large pre-tightening amount and high safety. Our active belts can realize hazard and collision warning controlled by motors. Its luminous mortise lock, APP controlled variable color LED can meet our customers’ requirements on personalized design.
In addition, we also provide a steering wheel with vibration warning function. When the system identifies fatigue driving or lane deviation, it will send a vibration warning to alert the driver thus ensuring the safety driving.
